Product information & usage

The Aquabulle is a portable, knot-free baby carrier, specially designed for water activities. Perfectly safe, it supports the baby's pool optimally, allowing the baby to discover the water while feeling reassured by being close to a parent.

Very easy to use, with no adjustments needed, it can be put on in 15 seconds and supports the child with just one arm. Ideal for the pool, for baby swimming sessions, on the beach, at the sea. The Aquabulle dries very quickly and takes up little space once stored.

Physiological: The Aquabulle is an elastic, portable baby carrier that allows you to position the child at a high kissing level on the carrier's hip for maximum comfort.
Safety: supports children from 3 to 15kg, the only baby carrier permitted in the pool, quick to remove in case of submersion.
Adjustable: it adapts to your baby's size from 6 months to 3 years.
Lightweight: minimally covering, made of elastic fabric, it is IDEAL in summer and barely thicker than a pair of socks when folded!
Comfortable: The Aquabulle is a portable baby carrier that attaches to your hip, with an adjustable strap over the shoulder distributing the baby's weight and relieving your arms.
Very easy to use: no adjustments needed, no knots or straps, it simply slips on like a shoulder bag and can stay in place between changes.
Durable: resistant to chlorine or salt, don't worry, the Aquabulle is designed to withstand it!
Manufacturing: 100% French-made and produced locally, by our skilled seamstresses in Saint-Bonnet-le-Château.

Three installation steps:

Put on the Aquabulle as a shoulder bag
Position your child on your hip on the fabric cord, which should sit in the hollow of their knees
Pull the fabric up to the middle of their back

Warning: The Aquabulle is a hand-carrying aid; always keep one hand on your baby's back. Water should not go beyond the baby's pelvis, and it does not allow for full immersion swimming with the baby.

What size Aquabulle baby carrier should I choose?

The size of the Aquabulle depends on the wearer's build. To measure your size, use a tape measure to take the measurement from the top of your right shoulder, over your right nipple, down to the small of your left waist.
XS: less than 54 cm
S: 54 to 63 cm
M: 64 to 73 cm
Length: 64 to 83 cm
The optimal size does not increase as the child grows, so there's no need to buy a larger one in anticipation. When first put on, the Aquabulle may seem tight, but being slightly elastic, it will stretch with the child's weight.
If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.

Can I let go of my baby when I'm carrying him in the Aquabulle?

The Aquabulle is an aid for carrying a baby in your arms. It helps relieve the wearer's arms but is not designed to support more than the baby's pelvis and therefore requires keeping one arm behind your back. The Aquabulle does not allow you to completely let go of your child: always keep one hand supporting their back.

Can I carry a newborn baby in the Aquabulle?

The Aquabulle is designed for carrying babies with good back muscle tone and who can hold their head up. We recommend waiting until your child is 6 months old before starting to use it.

Is there a risk of the baby slipping in the Aquabulle?

To stabilize the carrier, ensure the material is properly positioned in the hollows of the baby's knees. Do not attempt to pull the fabric up to the nape of their neck: this auxiliary baby carrier is designed to support the child's pelvis from one knee to the other, up to the mid-back. This allows the child to adopt a physiological position with their knees higher than their bottom, providing a deep seat in the Aquabulle.

Can I use the Aquabulle outside of water?

The Aquabulle can be used as a backup baby carrier outside of the water, but it's primarily designed for swimming and less suitable for everyday use. For a more complete carrier, consider the Hop'la or a sling instead!

From what age can I bathe with my baby?

It is strongly recommended to wait until your baby can regulate their temperature well before bathing them, which is at least 3 or 4 months old. The water should be sufficiently warm and the bathing time appropriate for your child's age to prevent them from getting too cold. The Aquabulle is not compatible with swimming: the water should only reach the top of their pelvis.
