This ORGANIC massage oil relieves tensed bellies through a synergy of traditionally used plants to soothe discomfort sensations, such as Roman chamomile traditionally given to improve digestive comfort, supported by the calming and soothing virtues of petitgrain and lavender!

The Organic Calm'bidou Oil and Digestive Discomforts is an external-use cosmetic product.

Usage:

The lying flat position is not the most appreciated by newborns; consider creating a small welcoming cocoon for them in a towel or on your legs and/or gather their knees.
Apply or gently massage with a circular motion clockwise, up to 5 times a day, for a maximum of 8 days.
Take a 2-day break (non-consecutive) every 8 days if your baby needs it daily.
Sometimes, the belly is too tense and the baby is too restless... apply the oil just below the back.
For older children, it calms and relaxes to reduce anxiety about first times such as going to daycare, school, or the doctor.

Quelle est la meilleure huile apaisante pour soulager l'inconfort digestif et masser bébé ?

Plusieurs huiles présentent de nombreuses vertus apaisantes, pour bébé. Notre huile Bio Calm'bidou et inconforts digestifs est formulée à partir de 4 huiles réputées pour leurs bienfaits relaxants (catharme vierge, camomille romaine, petit grain bigaradier, lavandine fine).

Quand mettre de l'huile pour bébé ?

Vous pouvez mettre de l’huile pour bébé après le bain, pendant un massage ou si sa peau est sèche ou irritée.
Si votre bébé vient de têter ou de prendre un biberon, attendez 30 à 45 minutes avant de commencer le massage.
Les vertus apaisantes du massage favorisent également l'endormissement, vous pouvez donc inclure un temps de massage dans votre routine du coucher.

Combien de temps doit durer le massage de mon bébé ?

Il n'y a pas de durée fixe, cela va dépendre de la phase dans laquelle se trouve votre bébé : éveil calme, éveil agité ...

Pourquoi est-il recommandé de masser le ventre de bébé dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre ?

Privilégiez les mouvements circulaires, dans les sens des aiguilles d'une ventre, entre son nombril et son pubis pour faciliter l'évacuation des gaz vers le colon.

Puis-je combiner massage bébé et postures de baby yoga pour apaiser l'inconfort digestif de mon bébé ?

Oui, c'est tout à fait complémentaire. Après les mouvements de massages circulaires, vous pouvez :
- Faire le pédalo, doucement, en remontant une jambe après l'autre sur le ventre de bébé, comme s'il pédalait,
- Rassembler ses deux jambes en position du petit buddha, pour le rassembler, lui rappeler la position foetale et favoriser l'ouverture des sphincters,
- Ramener ses deux genoux sur son ventre et faire des mouvements circulaires
