Our baby carriers are adjustable: they adapt in height and width to your baby's size, ensuring safe and secure carrying. Place the carrier on a changing mat, your crib, or your baby's playmat, then lay your baby on it to determine the width that best accommodates their natural hip abduction. The fabric should extend from one back of their knee to the other.
The top of the apron should reach the base of their neck. If your child can sit up, they will be able to extend their arm, allowing the fabric to pass under their armpit. When they fall asleep, their muscle tone will decrease: be sure to tuck their arm in and pull the apron up to the back of their neck.

For comfortable carrying, make sure to position the belt under your chest or pectoral muscles. This positions your baby high on your torso ("at kissing height"), allowing for better weight distribution and protecting your perineum.

When making the baby carriers in the Neo range in our French workshops, we ensured they would fit a wide range of body shapes and designed the waistbands and shoulder straps to be sufficiently large to allow comfort even for tall and/or broad-shouldered wearers. The waistband, in particular, measures 140cm.

The waistband of the MyNéo, Néo, and P'tit Evo is indeed "upside down"... but that's intentional! These baby carriers have an innovative design; everything is designed to achieve a proper pelvic tilt for the baby being carried, which is so important for their well-being. This design, the result of many hours of research and observation, working closely with a psychomotor therapist, involves a reversed installation compared to what is commonly used with other carrying systems.
Simply position the "I love your tummy" label against your stomach, with the arrow pointing towards the ground, then clip the belt in your back.

It's perfectly possible to use your pre-formed baby carrier both indoors and outdoors! A few tips, however:
- There's no need to put a coat or snowsuit on the baby; otherwise, they will be too constricted in the fabric and won't be able to curl up.
- Use a hat to cover his head, and don't hesitate to tuck his pants into his socks to prevent his skin from coming into contact with the cold air.
- When carried, your baby benefits from your body heat!
- If needed, cover your baby over the baby carrier, for example with our waterproof fleece-lined babywearing cover!

Here is a quick checklist to ensure your baby is positioned physiologically:
- at kissing height, so high on your chest,
- clear airways,
- with his back curled up,
- fabric from one hollow of the knee to the other,
- feet outside the carrying device

The Neo is a pre-shaped, clip-on baby carrier, suitable from birth to approximately 2 years old. After that, the Neo+ takes over!

A baby carrier allows for a high, chest-like carry, keeping your baby at "kissing height." Your abdomen and perineum are free from any compression, so say goodbye to back pain! If you've had a C-section, be careful not to cover your scar with the fabric. It's therefore possible to carry your baby postpartum, as soon as you feel ready. And if you need a few days to recover, your partner can take over in the meantime!

It's perfectly possible to breastfeed while wearing a baby carrier. There are several techniques. The most common involves slightly loosening the straps so that the baby is positioned at breast height. We share other alternatives on our Instagram account, which is full of information and tips.

The fabric used to make the scarves consists of a very specific weave (broken twill) used only in babywearing and not found in general fabric stores.
A simple canvas would risk being too rigid lengthwise and widthwise, causing shearing, and too soft diagonally, causing deformation and a lack of support. The material must also be sufficiently flexible to allow for proper adjustments.
