• Apply daily starting from the 3rd month of pregnancy and after birth.
  In a calm and relaxing environment, massage (or have yourself massaged!) and let the oil penetrate with circular motions on the belly, thighs, hips, buttocks, and breasts, from bottom to top until the product is fully absorbed.
  Its non-greasy texture penetrates quickly.

Organic Perineal Oil:

• From 7 months of pregnancy, use circular and firm massages once a day during the last two months of pregnancy.
  After birth, apply gently 2 to 4 times a day.
